This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Nabla Mind company, the developer of Nabla Mind products. This agreement supersedes any prior version license and governs your use of the software.
Nabla Mind company exclusively own all copyrights of Nabla Mind products. Nabla Mind offers a trial version of Nabla Mind products that you can use before making any purchase. The trial version of Nabla Mind product is freely distributed if the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Nabla Mind product trial version without written permission from the copyright holder.
After the purchase of Nabla Mind product, you are registered and granted an exclusive license to use, one license for one or more computer, depending on the product you purchase, for any legal purpose. The registered Nabla Mind products software may not be rented, leased or transferred once you agrees to the terms of this license agreement.
NABLA MIND PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED “AS IS”. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, AND LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
To protect the intellectual property of Nabla Mind and ensure the integrity of Nabla Mind products, Nabla Mind strictly prohibits any unauthorized use of our software. This includes using, copying, emulating, cloning, renting, leasing, selling, modifying, de-compiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or transferring the licensed program or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.
Nabla Mind takes the unauthorized use of our software seriously. Any such use will result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. Nabla Mind encourages the users to respect the intellectual property rights and comply with the terms of this license agreement to ensure the continued availability and quality of Nabla Mind products.
COPYRIGHT
Nabla Mind exclusively owns the software and protects it with International copyright laws and treaty provisions.
SOFTWARE SUPPORT
Nabla Mind provides support via email for the most current version of Nabla Mind products. For installation and usage queries, please email support@nablamind.com. Requests for additional features and enhancements should also be submitted to this email address. While we will make every effort to implement reasonable requests, we are not obliged to do so. If you have any questions about buying or updating our products, please email Nabla Mind at support@nablamind.com.
RESERVATION
Please note that Nabla Mind company reserves the right to change the license agreement, product, and prices without notice. Nabla Mind also reserves all other rights not expressly granted in this agreement.
By installing and using Nabla Mind products, you agree to the terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license, please remove Nabla Mind product files from your storage devices and discontinue using the product.
